These comments are the opinion of the individual reviewer and represent what they thought of the beer on a particular day in a particular pub. If a review is less favourable, it may be because the beer suffered somewhere in the supply chain between them and the brewery.

Martin the MildmanAcceptable02 Aug 2012 Thought it was a house beer at first, but is a regular brew from this new Dorset brewery. Full name is Dolphin Amber Ale, but perhaps ruby would be a better description. Unfortunately the red colour is achieved by over use of crystal malt giving a cloying caramel flavour that overpowers any hoppiness. My score 14/20.

The Conqueror Alehouse, Ramsgate, Kent
