Tasting Summary

These comments are the opinion of the individual reviewer and represent what they thought of the beer on a particular day in a particular pub. If a review is less favourable, it may be because the beer suffered somewhere in the supply chain between them and the brewery.

Bear & Ragged StaffGood07 Jan 2013 Light on the stouty flavours and a little thin on body.
Bear & Ragged StaffAcceptable25 Oct 2012 Black in colour, as expected, with a thick, lush, light tan head. An initial rush of plum and fruit petered away to an unexceptional beer of its genre. In my opinion there are better options out there at this abv and price.
