Stephen Harris		09 May 2013	On key-keg dispense. Golden, cloudy, spicy, yeasty and somewhat sour. Very yummy indeed. I had scribbled down – aniseed, bubblegum, cardamom, orange peel – then I was told that all the spicy flavours came from a saison-specific yeast that there were no added botanicals at all.
