Stephen Harris		17 Jul 2014	On keg dispense. Pale gold and hazy. It’s 10 years since I tasted Gose in Leipzig (amazingly, Gazza’s ‘Scoopergen’ website still holds my write-up). From that distant memory I reckon this is a very authentic Gose, even down to the slightly salty taste. It is probably even more fully-flavoured than the real thing.
