Tasting Summary

These comments are the opinion of the individual reviewer and represent what they thought of the beer on a particular day in a particular pub. If a review is less favourable, it may be because the beer suffered somewhere in the supply chain between them and the brewery.

IanPoor10 Dec 2008 The landlord at The Castle on Fournival Street said their cask of this sold really well. A slightly fruity beer, virtually no condition, bit of rubber and frankly I struggled to finish a half.

IanAcceptable04 Jul 2008 Copper thin beige head. Malty, toffee bitter with plenty of earthy hop that builds on the finish. Not normally my kind of beer, but it's fine.
