Hydes HPA

4.50% ABV.

English pale ale malt with a generous portion of crystal malt added for biscuit flavour and tawny colour. English Fuggles and Kent Goldings provide the bittering and aroma qualities of this beer. Dry hopped in cask with Fuggles. The nose has a pronounced malt aroma with some hop evident. The mouth feel is full and rich in malt and biscuit flavours. Hop character is delicate but well balanced, complementing this predominantly malty brew. A fine premium English ale. Full bodied with excellent malt characteristics from first sip through to the long finish. .
