DubbelExceptional27 Feb 2009 Outstanding new-style black mild with all the earthy, roasted maltiness upfront tailed by a big fat hoppy finish. Gives Over the Moon a good run for its money and possibly beats it. My thirsty friend took home SIX pints of it.

IanAcceptable22 Jun 2007 It's a mild. Slightly sweaty hop on finish. Some dusty coal powder. Stronger hop presence than I would expect and less roasted malt. In fact not much malt at all.

Catford Beer Festival 2005, Catford, Greater London

WhoScoreWhenNotes
IanAcceptable11 Jun 2005 Dark ruby colour, nice burnt malt nose, slightly acidic in mouth. Good bitter finish. Good mild to start a festival with
