AndrewAcceptable18 Aug 2007 Golden colour. Hallertau hop(?) so a bit one dimensional as a result. Dry, bitter and a bit dusty.
IanAcceptable21 Dec 2006 Gold, with bubbly off white head. Hay, citrus hp aroma, some juicy malt in mouth with dusty hop on end. Bit of lemon/grapefruit throughout. Refreshing, but not really a winter beer, drunk on the shortest day of the year.
BrianGood18 Dec 2006 It certainly is gold. Good fresh hop aroma, but with a significant maltness in the mouth. Bitter, drying aftertaste.

IanGood23 Jul 2005 Slightly yeasty aroma, gold beer with some citurs. Hoppy dry finish. Very drinkable and just slightly more individual than the other golden citrus hoppy beers, which is why it gets a better score
