Tasting Summary

These comments are the opinion of the individual reviewer and represent what they thought of the beer on a particular day in a particular pub. If a review is less favourable, it may be because the beer suffered somewhere in the supply chain between them and the brewery.

IanAcceptable30 Sep 2007 Gold/copper with thin bubbly off white head. Some yeast on aroma, some malty fruit in mouth, fruit salad, but a little watery in the mouth. Dullish bitter.

The New Inn, Canterbury, Kent

AndrewAcceptable11 Sep 2007 Orange golden in colour. Rich syrupy viscous mouth feel. Earthy and spicy beer with short lived finish. I think it was bottom of the barrel judging by the sediment in it so if I'd have got it a day or 2 earlier I could imagine it being quite nice.
