Martin the MildmanExcellent09 Feb 2010 Full bodied dark ruby ale. Like a strong old style mild, lots of berry fruits, dark chocolate malt bitterness and then a tang of hops in the finish. My score 16/20.

BlairExceptional09 Feb 2008 Stunning pint. Very deep ruby colour with thin dark beige head. Shame I only had time for 1.
IanGood12 Jan 2008 After saying at lunchtime that no one makes a beer in the style of Goachers Dark, this beer proves me wrong. Very deep ruby colour with thin dark beige head. It’s like an old ale I suppose, has some sour fruit, but has a noticeable hop sting on end. A rather good malty damsony beer. Really decent and excellent finish.
