Ian		29 Mar 2008	Not sure what to expect. Gold colour, slight haze, thin beige head. It’s a doughy Belgian blond, with Belgian yeast and rose petal fruit on aroma with this dough/biscuit edge. Better than I expected given the only other Ultra been I’ve had is the vimto fruit beer. Slightly sweet standard Belgain blond.
