IanExcellent31 Mar 2008 Really looking forward to this one due to the hop varieties used and Roosters history. Paleish gold with lasting off white head. Kiwi fruit. Lemony aroma. Some grapefruit. It’s fine. A little less full on than the Stone DIPA which has just about ruined every hoppy beer in Britain for me. It’s balanced, a bit nettley, great condition. Good biscuit and rather tasty.
