IanExcellent24 Apr 2008 Black, thin light tan head. Roasted malt aroma. Liquorice is there in mouth. More a dry rounded liquorice than sour as I was expecting. Slightly smokey too. Really a rather tasty stout. Lots going on. Very good liquorice, coffee, choc, bit of hop on end. Bitter. Good.
