Tasting Summary

These comments are the opinion of the individual reviewer and represent what they thought of the beer on a particular day in a particular pub. If a review is less favourable, it may be because the beer suffered somewhere in the supply chain between them and the brewery.

GarryGood14 Mar 2011 Quite pleasant. Thought tasted quite similar to the Peddy I had earlier in the night, although the beer was somewhat darker. Very late hoppiness, which lasted some time after beer drunk.

The Job Bulman, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Tyne and Wear

IanGood14 Feb 2010 I think is good. Doesn't taste like a Wychwood beer, but good malts and clean finish.

JeffnJoPoor14 Feb 2009 Not sure the ABV is correct. Jo hated the aroma on this beer and decided not to drink it. I didn't suffer so much in the nasal dept but didn't like it too much either. It was clearly named to coincide with the 6 Nations rugby. Why do some brewers become so commercially minded? All that effort (branding, marketing etc) for basically a beer no better than their others?

Wychwood Dirty Tackle
