IanExcellent29 Dec 2005 Chestnut colour with thick beige head. Spiced malty nose. Lots more spice inmouth with dry malt. Finish had dryness. Full in mouth. Dry malt rather than rich. Some juicyness towards the end. Some milk choc and some sweet strawberry fruit/malt mix is pretty good. Nice balance flavours, spicy but after initial hit, it dies down a bit. Good winter beer. Spice needs a bit more integration
