IanExcellent28 Oct 2006 Some molasses, some sweetness, some sourness. Black with tan head. Lots of choc and coffee and roasted malts but that juicy sourness too. Great porter.
AndrewExceptional28 Oct 2006 I liked this a lot. Sweet oysterish like richness followed by lots of roasted dark malts.

IanGood09 Jun 2006 Black beer with dark brown edge, no real head. Bit of sourness, some blackberry , some choc. Black cherry on end is good. Not a huge honey presence if any. Good though.

AndrewExcellent07 Jan 2006 A slim head on a black body. It had a sweet burnt malt taste with rich deep honey bitter finish. The background flavours reminded me of Rother Valley beers in that they it was quite earthy or peaty.
