| Wild Beer Co. - Wildebeest (keg) | 11.00 | | Imperial stout that majored on coffee, chocolate and vanilla. Need more roastiness and a dry finish from the grains which was lacking. The beer was overly sweet and cloying and at £4.40 a 1/2 not good value. |

Enjoyable but, again, had to ask for a top up.

As usual a thoroughly enjoyable visit but we were consistently served undermeasure in 1/2 pt glasses. They were topped up but only grudgingly. Think there is a training issue here.

Hardly a seat top spare. Proves that pubs can thrive if they have an interesting offering. Around 30 taps in use. Very little cask ale being served.
