The scooper in me was eager to stop in here to sample the Battlefield produce. It was only once we'd arrived that I realised we'd been here before years ago for a family meal. Now a proud supporter of the LocAle scheme and much the better for it.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Tunnel - Boston Beer Party5.60GoodAmber ale. Impressive big hitting fruit punch flavours. Weighty malt aspect. Kept expecting it to be a bit sweeter.
Battlefield - Let Battle Commence3.80AcceptableEntry level light brown bitter. Heavily malted and a little flat. With all due respect, this tasted like a new brewery's first attempt. Needs a bit of refinement.

In the middle of absolutely nowhere near to Bosworth Battlefield. Pleasant pub-come-restaurant with stained glass logo etched into the windows. One of the first outlets for the local Battlefield Brewery.
