BeerABVScoreNotes
Adnams - Pale Champion Ale3.40GoodClassic East Anglian taste of grainy, cereal malt and a low, sweetish hop rate. Served a little too cold here. My score 15/20.
RCH - Pier Ale5.00GoodGood hop character and malt balance leading to a dry, hoppy finish. Light body for its strength. Temperature OK. My score 15/20.

The pub is found in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN1 1NH.

In Market Place, one of the few Wetherspoon's actually converted from a pub. Has won awards from the local CAMRA branch for ale quality. Re-opened in May 2015, the pub is now a hotel and the original central horse-shoe shaped bar has been replaced with a long straight bar at the side. Re-furbished to a high standard and greatly enlarged, an outside enclosed courtyard adds to the dining and drinking areas.

We have visited this pub twice, seen 3 different beers and tried them all.
