Fabulous roadside vintage village local with a cosy small bar area with a half a dozen or so locals enjoying a late afternoon pint. Been on my bucket list way to long after missing out on our Friday Evening Group visit here on 13/02/09

Pleasantly busy for a mid week lunchtime.Large helpings of reasonably priced and tastey food.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Cliff Quay - Bitter3.50ExcellentA good honest session bitter:fairly hoppy, but with some depth of body. Brewed on part of the old Tolly Cobbold brewery site. To be honest, I preferred this to Tolly, a beer that I loved in the seventies.
Woodforde's - Wherry3.80GoodFirst time I'd drunk this in ages:perfectly good, but dull
Oakham - Bishops Farewell4.60Not TriedThis was listed as coming soon: apity it wasn't ready, as it's one of my all time favourites
