Very busy as always on a Saturday afternoon.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Itchen Valley - Russian Winter5.30ExcellentStrong black stout with very good roast malt character. My score 16/20.
Weltons - Santa's Gone Ginger5.20AcceptableNot too ginger though, just enough to make itself known over a fairly hoppy golden beer. My score 14/20.

BeerABVScoreNotes
Otter - Otter Mild3.80ExcellentClassic West Country mild, red/brown in colour with soft fruity hoppiness and biscuity malt. Smooth mouthfeel and a lasting malty finish. My score 16/20.

Longish narrow pub on Leicester Square. Not my favourite Spoons, but hey the location is good and I did pick up a festival beer.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Bath Ales - SPA3.70GoodPaleish gold, lasting white head. Light citrus aroma. Some sweaty sox hop. Toasty, hoppy aroma, good balance in mouth. I have a soft spot for Bath beers and this is good. Bit of peach. Lovely fruity bitter. Great in mouth. Peach/grapefruit is very good. Good beer, bit like a Belgian triple without the alcohol.

Fairly busy early Saturday lunchtime. Does feel a bit transient. Lots of tourists. Had breakfast here, which was actually very good

The pub is found in Leicester Square, Central London, WC2H 7LE.

On eastern side of Leicester Square, this is quite small for a Wetherspoon's. Feels more like a continental bar and also quite transient. 6 hand pumps and customers sit outside under the canopy watching the life of the square pass by.

We have visited this pub 4 times, seen 9 different beers and tried 4 of them.
