Mid afternoon. Very busy but prompt service all the same. Expensive even given its location

I have not been in a pub for nearly 48 hours. I feel a bit rusty and out of the pub-going habit. I manage to garble my order and nearly end up with the ‘tourist default’ of a pint of Fosters.
BeerABVScoreNotes
McMullen (sometimes latterly brand badged as Rivertown or Whole Hop) - Hop Skip & Jump3.80AcceptablePale and a bit insubstantial. Instantly recognisable as a Mac’s beer by its soft, slightly soapy mouthfeel, although the brewery name is not honestly given on the pumpclip.

Absolutely heaving on a mid Saturday afternoon. 2 McMullens beers on.
