In for a quick drink after a hill walk. Quite a few people eating in the restaurant area, conservatory and outside but nobody in the bar area.

Trossachs Craft - WayLade3.90AcceptableTasted ok. Quite hoppy but overly creamy head. WOndering what they put in to make it like this always puts me off my pint.

Came in following a walk up Ben Ledi with Neil and Andre. A nice end to a great day (fairly clear with snow at the summit and we could see as far as Goat Fell on Arran and the Sidlaw Hills behind Dundee). Lovely and warm with an open fire and a huge map of the whole of Scotland at 1:250,000 scale.

Trossachs Craft - WayLade3.90AcceptableNotes say this is flavoursome but mine was at best "thin" - maybe I was just having a bad day. This is organic but I'm sure they must put something in it to make such a creamy head. I was driving so only had one pint but as I was disappointed with the beer I didn't mind. I've tried their beer in the past and remember it being much tastier than this.

Trossachs Craft - LadeOut5.10Not TriedNeil and Andre decided this one was best. I had a sip and it certainly had more taste that Way Lade.

The pub is found in Callander, Stirling, FK17 8HD.

Handy location just off main road beyond Callander. Has a beer garden. Always seem to end up here after walks. Has its own craft brewery on site. I've had good food here in the past.

We have visited this pub twice, seen 3 different beers and tried 1 of them.
