18:00 visit, three years on...!....but this is one of 38 to be sold off, I hear. Another large, ultra modern, Lloyd's type, lots of metal, glass, brick and flashing lights. 12 ales on, and not all the usuals either.

17:00 visit. A new one on me. Busy enough at this time and no doubt even more so as the night wears on in this particualr district. Good ale range noted too.

The pub is found in Liverpool, Merseyside, L1 4NR.

Large Wetherspoon's, amongst many other restaurants/bars, located within the Concert Square district. This, a Lloyds No.1 type, typical of a Wetherspoon's quality conversion of a redundant warehouse building, and very nicely done too. Included in documentation for the sale of 34 Wetherspoon's pubs in November 2015.

We have visited this pub twice, seen 7 different beers and tried 2 of them.
