Quite when we arrived became busy and then quite again.

The final stop in Tony and my tour of the triangle-bus-route. The is truely an almighty pub. It was heaving and within 20 seconds of entering we were in conversation with the locals. No Martyn, which was a shame, but Gavin was doing an admirable job. Spent a lot of time laughing in here. Great pub to end a great tour.

The pub is found in Herne, Kent, CT6 7AN.
Once the Canterbury Beer Shop selling beer straight from the cask. It is now a pub (with the same owner as before) and still does off-sales which is fantastic! Voted CAMRA Kent Pub of the Year in 2008 and East Kent CAMRA Pub of the Year in 2009 (...and not surprisingly).
