Came here on Saturday evening after the Collins Pub. I really loved it here. It has a great atmosphere and the clientele had that "mad professor" touch to it. Very understated. Plus they played lots of REM. Pizza was good too. Had a sampler tray here which contained a cask conditioned beer. Fairly busy, but we still had a choice of tables.

Big Time - Old Rip Oatmeal Stout3.70GoodLiquoricey oatmeal stout. Some sourness. Very rich. Good in mouth, lots of coffee and a faint smokiness. Whiskyish. Very nice and amazed by the strength.

The pub is found in Seattle, Washington, America, WA 98105.

Set right in the heart of the University of Washington, just a 10 minute express bus ride from Downtown Seattle, this has all of the feel of a college bar. Large from room with the wooden bar at the back left with a board on the wall showing what beers are available. Lots of wood and tables in evidence with a room to the rear. Food is served from a largish hatch and is pretty standard pub fair. It seemed more geared towards the tutors, mature students and post grads than the main student body.

We have visited this pub once, seen 1 beer and tried it.
