Couple of visits either side of a formal lunch at Drapers Hall. Barn of a place - great decor. Sampled a house bitter at 3.9 labelled as Broad Street Brew - plain and forgettable.

I was tempted into this pub by the unexpected sound of live music in a City pub. ‘Showcasing some of London’s Best Live Music Acts’ said the sign. It shows how much off the pace I am these days that I was surprised to hear that ‘London’s Best Live Music Acts’ play Cream cover versions.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Jo C's - Bitter Old Bustard4.30AcceptableI know these kind of beers are very popular, but brown bitters with tangy Crystal malt and faded hops do not do it for me. (If I had been told it was GK IPA I would not have questioned it).
