From today, this bar will open each Sunday until the end of the summer, and will feature food stalls as well as beer. Quiet in the early afternoon with rain threatening.

This weekend sees the Hackney Wicked Art Festival, and the Brewshed Bar is open and busy in mid-afternoon – merging into the crowds spilling out from the original Crate bar by the canal. Beers on gravity dispense.

The pub is found in Hackney, Greater London, E9 5EN.
Crate Brewery was established in July 2012 in the White Building in Queen’s Yard, where it has its brewery tap and pizzeria. In July 2013, the brewing process moved across the yard to much larger, dedicated premises. The Brewshed Bar is within the new brewing premises and opens for special events.
We have visited this pub twice, seen 4 different beers and tried 2 of them.
