13:00 Lunch stop. Very much a restaurant. Ordered beer at bar but brought to our table by the waitress. First pint was off but changed without a problem. Menu features a 32oz steak.

The pub is found in Thetford, Norfolk, IP24 2EQ.
Very old building in Old Market Street, dating from 1692. Re-opened in March 2013 after closure and major restoration. Beams, exposed stonework, wood burning stove etc. Food main trade. Garden is next to the Norman castle mound.
We have visited this pub once, seen 3 different beers and tried 2 of them.
