The pub is found in Salt, Staffordshire, ST18 0BX.

Ancient thatched pub which claims to have origins back to 1190 and be the second premises to receive a licence. Much extended, the majority of the floor space is given over to dining but to the left of the bar is a very pleasant little snug with built in seating. The pub also boasts a magnificent floral display along the front.

We have visited this pub once, seen 3 different beers and tried 1 of them.
