Just a couple of other customers in the late afternoon – I think this may be more of a late night venue. The barman told me that Acton Ales are the successors of the former Gun Dog Brewery. £2 a pint here – Blyth is not an expensive town for drinking.

The pub is found in Blyth, Northumberland, NE24 2AP.

Relatively new conversion to pub use in what I think I can safely assume was formerly the post office. Premises shared with a restaurant and a take away. The interior is furnished in very modern style and there are lots of comfy chairs. Some pavement seating outside.

We have visited this pub once, seen 2 different beers and tried 1 of them.
