The pub is found in Sudbury, Suffolk, CO10 1HJ.

Intriguing building in Church Walk, Acton Square. The former Phoenix brewery was adjacent and the pub appears to have incorporated parts. The pub is an L-shape around a courtyard which has entrances from two separate streets. This may have been the original brewery yard. The bar is located in the short part of the L along with two snugs. The main part of the pub occupies the long part of the L. This is a long single storey building that may have been the brewery stables or dray sheds. The interior is painted "gastro grey" and the food trade is obviously important. Twoe regular beer and one ever changing guest. Refurbished in March 2019 and although retains real ales it now has a greater emphasis on food.

We have visited this pub once, seen 4 different beers and tried 1 of them.
