13:45 Having had enough time in Shepreth we moved on to a crawl in Cambridge making this the first stop. Not very busy, the six of us managed to find a table together with ease.

18:40 Late running from Liverpool to Euston gave me an hour to kill in Cambridge. Nearest pub to the station now that the car park path to the Devonshire is currently closed. Busy both in and out. A request from one member of staff to another as to what 7 x £3.70 was took a surprising amount of time to answer. One small gripe. Cask beers on sale are advertised on blackboards inside and outside the pub. Sadly both boards differed from each other and what beers were actually on sale.

Summary of Beer Scores

The pub is found in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, CB2 1LQ.

Single bar pub in Hills Road, with a pool room at the rear. Lots of wooden fittings and furnishings but the proliferation of posters on the walls and the accumulated bric-a-brac make the pub feel cramped rather than cosy. Allegedly under threat with licensees being told to leave by end of October 2021.

We have visited this pub 4 times, seen 12 different beers and tried 3 of them.
