I have long liked the look of this pub but never quite got around to going in. Pleased I did today. It is a fine traditional house where I felt very comfortable for a lunchtime pint.

Evening. Attracted in by the authentic external tiled signage. A warren of rooms and floors which I briefly toured. Clearly a tourist and after work haunt.

My Generation (sub-brand of Black Sheep) - My Generation Session Pale Ale4.20AcceptableI was thoroughly duped out of £4.40 thinking this was a new brewery but the pub's menu book (perused after placing order) said it is a Black Sheep beer yet it lacks any mention of this true provenance on the pump clip. A bulk standard lemon juice beer too
