14:30 We came here for another look at the magnificent bar back and all agreed the pub should go on the Heritage website. I had a look at the pub garden. A lovely little oasis in South London. I am not normally one for sitting outside pubs as I spent many years having to do so when my children were young but this one did appeal. Magnificent lime tree.

16:29 Fairly busy. We sat round the back behind the central bar and had that part of the pub to ourselves. Unable to take any exterior photos as the pub was shrouded in scaffolding and netting.

The pub is found in Stockwell, Greater London, SW9 9PH.

Large street corner Victorian pub with a theatre upstairs. The bar is opened out into one large room with a central bar but there are still distinct areas with a variety of seating. The bar back is very impressive.

We have visited this pub twice, seen 4 different beers and tried 2 of them.
