The pub is found in Lewes, East Sussex, BN7 2NA.

Originally a long long time ago the Black Lyon, on the corner of High Street and Market Street this ancient imposing building is set at an angle, almost on the brow of the hill. Dark wooden panelling inside the single bar room. 2 handpumps. After its spring 2017 closure rumours abound of a possible Wetherspoon acquisition!

We have visited this pub once, seen 2 different beers and tried 1 of them.
