Afternoon visit on a Friday, I had been meaning to try this place for some time but had always ended up in well known pubs nearby. This is a traditional boozer with good value filled rolls (£1.50) and a Pukka Pies oven in the back bar. I liked this place.

Lunchtime - a few drinkers in. A bit downmarket and rather games oriented with pool and darts plus Sky Sports (not on). Welcoming enough.
