I think the plan is to open the bar above the brewery every Saturday for the foreseeable future. Word has not spread far as there are barely a handful of customers today at lunchtime. Excellent, free beef stew to go with the beer.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Signature Brew - Black Vinyl Stout4.20GoodOn keg dispense and a bit cold and fizzy. Very nice once warmed.
Signature Brew - Roadie - All-Night IPA4.30GoodOn keg dispense and a bit too cold and fizzy. Tasty, hoppy brew.

The little bar here is opening each Saturday in December. Just a scattering of customers at lunchtime, including a number of old friends. Keg or bottled beers only today. All those I drank were very tasty but a bit colder and a bit more carbonated really than I like.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Signature Brew - Backstage IPA5.60GoodOn keg dispense. A strong, golden hoppy beer.
Signature Brew - Wild Winter7.30GoodOn keg dispense. A chestnut/brown beer. Foaming. Predominately a sweet malt taste, backed by loads of alcohol. A classic Winter Warmer.
Signature Brew - Roadie - All-Night IPA4.30GoodOn keg dispense. A nice, light, hoppy beer.

Today’s London Beer City focus is on breweries, and there are open days all across the capital. The opening of Signature Brewery is particularly significant as it is the first opportunity to visit this very new brewery. Handy too, after the football at Brisbane Road. A mix of cask and key-keg beers are available, around six or seven in total.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Signature Brew - Backstage IPA5.60ExcellentGood quality, strong IPA.
Signature Brew - Black Vinyl Stout4.20GoodNice black, dry Stout.
Signature Brew - Unfiltered Vienna Lager5.20AcceptableOn key-keg dispense. Copper-coloured and, to my taste at least, uncomfortably sweet.
Signature Brew - Session4.00Not TriedI was assured that there is just one, NZ-hopped, version of this beer. My taste buds must have been playing tricks on me on Thursday.

The pub is found in Leyton, Greater London, E10 7BT.

Signature beers started appearing in London in 2011 and the brewery fell in its initial days into the ‘Gipsy Brewery’ category, brewing at various facilities, mostly notably at Titanic Brewery. They also had a small facility in Hackney. The brewery has a close association with the music industry, reflected in the beer names and the fact that a number of musicians have been involved with the brews. In August 2015 a new purpose-built brewing facility was opened on an industrial estate in Leyton. It has a small upstairs bar area but is not routinely open to the public. In 2019 this facility closed when Signature relocated to much larger premises in Walthamstow.

We have visited this pub 3 times, seen 6 different beers and tried 5 of them.
