Visits Details

16 Oct 2015 (Stephen Harris)
Late-evening visit before retiring to our room. Not sure if there were actually any other customers or whether those drinking at the bar were all off-duty staff. We were surprised to be offered our drinks ‘on the house’, but then discovered their dreadful quality.

The pub is found in Giddeahall, Wiltshire, SN14 7ER.

A large, old, roadside pub in a very small village north of Corsham. It presents a beautiful, stone-built frontage to the road, but is much modernised inside. Multi-roomed. Hotel accommodation is available.

We have visited this pub once, seen 4 different beers and tried 1 of them.
