Late afternopn, and having found that passenger trains ceased calling at Friary Park, some 40 years ago.....😮.....I carried on walking up the hill to Mutley Plain, for another visit to another, familiar looking JD's. Devon Cream Tea & Cake time. I first came here over 10 years ago, and it's on a well served bus route/pub crawl, for those of this persuasion. Some decent ales were noted, and 2016 is it's first time in the gbg.

The pub is found in Plymouth, Devon, PL4 6JH.

Typical shop type conversion, on a main road running through the Mutley Plain district, a heavily populated student area. I first came here in 2005, and aside from the usual freshen up, it really does all look and feel like the rest of the chain. Plenty of buses to/from the City and surrounds.

We have visited this pub once, seen 2 different beers and tried 1 of them.
