Early evening visit.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Mondo - Tokyo Vice5.10ExcellentFrom a keg. Unusual. Yuzu fruit flavours dominate, with an underlying subtle sourness.
Mondo - About Time7.80GoodFrom a keg. A strong IPA with oatmeal sweetness.
Mondo - Road Soda4.80AcceptableFrom a keg. Yeast rather dominating over the hops.
11 May 2017 (Stephen Harris)
Early evening, as Robert S and I continue our tour of London’s breweries and tap rooms. Plenty of after-work trade here tonight.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Mondo - A Fistful of Hops4.30ExcellentFrom a keg of some kind. Amber coloured. More like a bucketful of hops we thought.
Mondo - Sitting Bull8.00ExcellentFrom a keg of some kind. A very smooth and drinkable, strong IPA.
Mondo - Global Heresy v.24.80GoodFrom a keg of some kind. A blood orange Saison.

Early to mid-evening with a friend. Pleasant atmosphere here, if a little chilly.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Mondo - Black Lightnin'6.00ExcellentOn keg dispense. A coffee-flavoured, black Stout.
Mondo - Queenstown Road6.00ExcellentOn keg dispense. A full-flavoured, US (West Coast?) type IPA.
Mondo - Coco Loco6.00GoodOn keg dispense. A near-black coloured, coconut-flavoured Porter. Quite dry, with some toasted barley flavours.
Mondo - Up in Smoke4.70AcceptableOn keg dispense. A lightly-smoked, golden Helles. A bit too cold and gassy this one, I thought.
27 Nov 2015 (Stephen Harris)
Early to mid-evening visit. Very much a US-style tap room set up here aimed at beer geeks. But most of the customers seemed to be locals, marvelling at the range of beer styles. Everyone impressed when the little popcorn machine suddenly burst into life. Fourteen home-brewed beers and one guest to choose from.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Mondo - Ozeki4.80ExcellentGolden, hoppy and slightly wheaty. Brewed with a standard ale yeast – so not estery. Citra hops to the fore – so almost a guaranteed ‘excellent’ from me.
Mondo - Mundo Diablo5.40ExcellentAn American Brown Ale. More amber than brown in colour I thought. Excellent US hop tastes overlaying a sticky malt base.
Mondo - Steamy Wonder6.00GoodA ‘Steam Lager’. Amber-coloured, clear, creamy and bitter.
Mondo - Berry White4.50AcceptableIn the Berliner Weiss style and flavoured with blueberries. This one served a bit too cold and fizzy for me.
