Late afternoon we were the only customers in the bar however folk came in after asking for the garden. Superb tasty and good value wedge of sausage pie for £3.45 complemented the beer perfectly.

Booked for lunch at 1430 but well gone 1500 when we arrived having taken over 90 mins to get through the last lock. Friendly and relaxing atmosphere thankfully and still serving lunch - good food.
