My second visit here as I wad in the area and had 90 minutes to kill. Very busy on a Thursday evening, this pub seems to have already been embraced by the local community. Not too surprising considering the lack of solid beer pubs in the town.

A pub in Fairfield Road with a chequered past recently reopened by Big Smoke brewery which also has The Antelope in nearby Surbiton. Ten handpumps for ales and ciders as well as an extensive list of keg offerings. Food is also served.
