I arrived in Minehead by steamer from Clevedon. We only had an hour in port, so it was a bit of a race to squeeze in a pint here, amongst all the other obligatories such as photo opportunities, fish & chips etc...

| Coors - Queens Head Ale | 3.80 | | In my haste, I perhaps did not chose my pint very wisely, this turning out to be a ‘house beer’, possibly the one sold as ‘Tetley’s House Beer’ elsewhere? It was in pretty good nick though. A brown, session bitter that slipped down easily. |

Came in for a meal and a few pints. Very friendly landlord, asked for ID and then apologised profusely once we'd done so. Great beer and great food.
