I have passed this pub many times but never been in before and had not noticed that it had been acquired by McMullen’s. I’m here tonight for a work function. A house beer is also sold.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Greene King - London Glory4.10AcceptableI’ve previously thought that this beer, of all of the GK range, has a bit of character. I’m failing to detect it tonight however.
McMullen (sometimes latterly brand badged as Rivertown or Whole Hop) - Rivertown 3.23.20AcceptableA harmless, low-strength Bitter. Rivertown turns out to be a McMullen alias, not the new brewery I had supposed.
Greene King - IPA (was 3.6%)3.40Not Tried
McMullen (sometimes latterly brand badged as Rivertown or Whole Hop) - Original IPA4.80Not Tried
