I ordered my pint of Cameron's Strongarm, which I know is a ruby red ale and described as such on the pump clip. I was given a pint of straw coloured grapefruity beer that bore no resemblance to what I had ordered. When I mentioned to the barman that Strongarm should be a ruby red beer he replied "Its the way I pour em." I left. UPDATE I contacted Cameron's Brewery who investigated and upheld my complaint. The beer lines had been connected the wrong way round. The matter has now been dealt with to my satisfaction.
