IanExcellent16 Nov 2012 It's what a brown best bitter should be. Malty, hoppy and bitter. Just shows what you can do if you do this popular style well.

Bear & Ragged StaffAcceptable28 Aug 2012 Malty, nutty and dry. Not bad characteristics , but these were not balanced. A bitter finish helped it along a little. Not for me.

The Market Porter, Southwark, Central London
