Bear & Ragged StaffGood09 Oct 2011 Another unmistakable Oakham ale. Crisp and refreshing with hints of lemon, vanilla and possibly pineapple. Fortunately I enjoy Oakham ales but I do understand those that consider each new brew to be a variation on the very excellent theme of Bishop's Farewell.

Martin the MildmanAcceptable01 Oct 2011 Very pale, bitter and hoppy. Hint of Sorachi in this giving a floral, pineapple note amongst the citrus hop flavour. Little malt in evidence. Not really to my taste. My score 13/20.
