Stephen HarrisExcellent03 Oct 2012 A very complex beer. It is a strong, spicy Belgian ale heavily flavoured with green hops. The Belgian-ness comes from the use of La Chouffe yeast and the addition of spices including Szechwan pepper and nigella seed. The green hops used are Sovereign.
