Tasting Summary

These comments are the opinion of the individual reviewer and represent what they thought of the beer on a particular day in a particular pub. If a review is less favourable, it may be because the beer suffered somewhere in the supply chain between them and the brewery.

Stephen HarrisExcellent12 May 2017 I’m not sure where they are brewing this these days, but it is still a very good, full-on IPA.

Stephen HarrisExcellent23 Feb 2013 IPA that is now a permanent part of the beer range, and earning a good reputation.
Stephen HarrisExcellent14 Jan 2013 A pale IPA with a good US hop character. As well as barley malt, there is also wheat and oats in the grist.

Stephen HarrisExcellent19 Mar 2013 Big-hitting, fruity IPA.
Stephen HarrisExcellent11 Dec 2012 One of the most popular and fastest selling beers at last week’s Pig’s Ear Beer Festival. Unfortunately it is only available here on keg dispense, with the associated drawbacks. But once warmed a little and de-gassed a bit, the full hop flavours come through. Very satisfying.
